Getting Started & Basics

What makes MetricFlowHub different from other analytics providers?

How long does it take to set up analytics and BI dashboards?

For the Analytics Starter plan, you'll have your first dashboard within 4–6 weeks. This includes the analytics audit, tracking plan, implementation support, and dashboard delivery.

For ongoing plans (Growth Analytics or BI & Analytics Partner), you'll see first insights within 2–3 weeks, with regular improvements and new dashboard views added monthly. Full analytics maturity usually takes 3–6 months depending on your data complexity.

Do I need existing analytics infrastructure to work with you?

No, you don't need existing analytics infrastructure. We help teams at all stages—from companies with no tracking to those with complex multi-tool setups that need consolidation.

We start with an analytics audit to understand your current state, then design a tracking plan and BI architecture that fits your business model and growth stage. We handle the implementation and train your team along the way.

What analytics and BI services do you offer?

We offer three main service areas:

  • Product analytics: Funnels, cohorts, retention, activation, and engagement metrics
  • Marketing analytics: Campaign performance, conversion tracking, ROI, ROAS, and attribution
  • BI dashboards: Executive and team dashboards in Power BI and Tableau

All services are available as one-time projects (Analytics Starter) or ongoing monthly retainers (Growth Analytics, BI & Analytics Partner). We also provide analytics strategy, tracking implementation, and data quality support.

How does the ongoing analytics support work?

For monthly retainer plans, we provide regular analytics reviews (monthly or weekly depending on your plan), answer questions via Slack or email, and maintain a backlog of analytics improvements. We join your product and marketing meetings to present insights and discuss next steps.

The BI & Analytics Partner plan includes a dedicated analytics lead for your account, weekly reporting summaries, and priority support for urgent questions or new dashboard requests.

Pricing & Plans

How much does it really cost? Are there hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. All plans include transparent pricing with no surprise charges.

You can cancel at any time without penalties. For monthly retainer plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, at any time. You can switch between plans—both up and down. The change takes effect with your next billing cycle.

For example, if you move from Analytics Starter to Growth Analytics, you immediately get access to all extra features. If you switch back later, your progress stays saved.

Implementation & Support

Do you work with our engineering team during implementation?

Yes, absolutely. We work closely with your product and engineering teams during tracking implementation. We provide clear tracking specifications, code examples, and review pull requests to ensure data quality.

We also train your team on how to maintain and extend the tracking plan, so you're not dependent on us for every small change. Our goal is to make your team self-sufficient while we handle the complex analytics and BI work.

How fast do you respond to questions and requests?

For monthly retainer plans, we respond to questions within 24–48 hours via Slack or email. For urgent issues, we provide priority support within the same business day.

New dashboard requests are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks for Growth Analytics plans, and within 3–5 days for BI & Analytics Partner plans, depending on complexity.

Results & Guarantees

What happens if I'm not satisfied?

You can cancel at any time—no questions asked, no extra fees. For monthly retainer plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Our Revenue Sources:

  • One-time analytics projects: Fixed-price contracts (starting from €1,490) for analytics audits, tracking implementation, and BI dashboard development
  • Monthly retainer agreements: Ongoing analytics support contracts (€2,990–€4,900/month) for regular dashboard updates, monthly reviews, and analytics consulting

Payment Model: We invoice clients for professional services rendered. Project fees are invoiced by milestones; monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. All prices exclude VAT (19% in Germany).
